Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a 14-day right to return or exchange a product according to Finnish consumer protection legislation. Before returning the products please notify us at luxury.finlandbrand@gmail.com
The right to returns and exchanges must fulfill the following criteria:
- The product must be unused.
- The product is in the condition that you received it and all the parts, tags, and labels need to be intact and on their original places.
The product must be returned immediately after cancellation. After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund following your method of payment. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Return shipping costs will not be covered. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.
