Refund policy

At Luxor Finland, we take pride in offering high-quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. In such cases, you have a 14-day right to return or exchange your order.

To start a return or exchange, please log in to your customer account, select the order and item you would like to return, and submit a return request.

Return Conditions

  • Returned products must be in the same condition as when sent out — unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached and packaging included.
  • For hygiene and quality control reasons, we are unable to accept returns for items that show any new signs of wear or use, or that contain perfume, makeup, odours, or cigarette smoke. Such products will be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued.
  • If the product arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@luxorfinland.com, including clear photos of the issue. Reports made after this period may unfortunately not be accepted.

  • Once your return has been approved, please send the item back promptly. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Authenticity Guarantee
All items sold by Luxor Finland are carefully inspected and guaranteed authentic. However, if there is ever any concern regarding the authenticity of an item, please contact us immediately. Authenticity-related concerns are always handled separately from standard returns, and if an item were ever found not to be authentic, it would naturally be accepted for return.


Info:

  • For orders made with Paid Shipping, original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Kindly note that the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment to our address. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery. For orders originally shipped with Free Shipping or Kotipaketti, a €9.90 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return processing.

  • For returns from outside Finland, the return fee will depend on the original shipping cost.

  • Combined offers are non-refundable.

An order can be cancelled free of charge before it has been fulfilled or shipped.
If the order is cancelled after fulfillment or shipment, the standard €9.90 handling fee will apply.
For orders over €2,000, a 1,99% return fee applies regardless of whether the order has been fulfilled, shipped, or not yet fulfilled.


Uncollected Orders (Posti Collection Point)

If you choose not to collect your order from a Posti pickup point, you may simply leave it uncollected. However, please notify us at info@luxorfinland.com within 7 days of the collection deadline.
If we do not receive notice, a €15 non-collection fee will be applied to cover return and handling costs. By placing an order, you agree to this non-collection policy.


International Returns

Please note that we cannot offer international returns for orders delivered outside the EU/EEA, unless the item is faulty or does not match the description.


Refunds

Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, though delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside our control.


Additional Information

  • Only items purchased directly from our website can be returned.

  • Items purchased in our showroom are non-returnable.

  • Return costs outside Finland are non-reimbursable.

  • For brand new items, all tags must be attached and the item unused. If an item is returned in a different condition, Luxor Finland reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct a reasonable amount from the refund in line with consumer protection laws.

  • Item reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable
